CBSE Board Exam 2021| To Help The Schools In Preparing The Results, The Board Has Created A Help Desk

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has set up a help desk to help schools prepare their 10th-12th result. This desk will start its work on Thursday, June 24. CBSE informed about this by writing a letter to all the affiliated schools. According to the board, this help desk will be helpful for all schools in implementing the result tabulation policy.

Help will be available via email – phone
According to the letter written by the board, the problem of schools will be resolved through email and phone. Different email ids have been issued for the 10th-12th. Apart from this, if the schools want, they can also solve their problem through phone. For this, the board has also issued four mobile numbers of the help desk – 9311226587, 9311226588, 9311226589, 9311226590. Also, for IT related queries, schools can contact on IT Help Desk number – 9311226591.
Apart from this, for queries related to Class 10 tabulation policy, schools will have to mail to class-10-result@cbseshiksha.in, while for inquiries regarding Class 12 tabulation policy, schools will have to mail to class-12-result@cbseshiksha.in can mail.
Will be able to contact from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
The help desk will be available on working days from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm to assist the schools. The special thing is that the help desk will only listen to the problems related to the result. Apart from this, the school will not be able to take the help of the help desk for any other problem.
Board launched Tabulation Portal
Earlier, CBSE had launched the ‘Comprehensive Result Tabulation Portal for Class XII’ to prepare the 12th result. Through this portal, the schools will have to upload the marks of the students in various classes and examinations as per the Evaluation Criteria decided by CBSE. Earlier, the board had also released the 30:30:40 marking formula for the 12th result.
