Engaging Debates and Educational Exhibits
The circular also suggests that schools organize debates, speeches, and special assemblies focused on Sardar Patel’s enduring legacy. Exhibitions showcasing the life and contributions of Sardar Patel are also recommended to enlighten students about his pivotal role in shaping modern India.
Reporting Participation and Activities
Schools are directed to upload brief reports of their ‘Run for Unity’ events and any other related activities on a provided link before November 4th, 2023. The CBSE’s circular is a call to action for educational institutions to foster a sense of national unity among students and the wider community.
Call for Collective Effort
The circular concludes with a plea to principals to spread the word about the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas celebrations among all stakeholders to ensure widespread participation in the ‘Run for Unity’. The CBSE emphasizes the importance of collective effort in commemorating the spirit of unity that Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel espoused throughout his life.
