CISCE Board 2022: For the next session, the board has reduced the syllabus of 10th-12th examinations, cuts in English and Indian language syllabus
The Council for Indian School Education Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has decided to reduce the syllabus for the annual examinations of ICSE (10th) and ISC (12th). The board has reduced the syllabus of English and Indian language for the 10th-12th examinations to be held in the year 2022. Actually, CISCE decided to reduce the syllabus in view of the circumstances caused by Corona.
Syllabus Cut After Consulting Experts
In this regard, CISCE has said that it is reducing the syllabus of many other subjects of class 10th-12th in consultation with its subject experts without compromising on the quality of the content. CISCE Secretary Gerry Arathoon said in a statement issued to all affiliated schools that the board has started the process of reviewing the syllabus of various subjects of 10th and 12th for the year 2022 examination. It will identify those parts of the curriculum which can be reduced.
10th-12th Exam Canceled This Year
Students can check the revised syllabus for the 2022 examinations on the official website of CISCE at cisce.org. Along with that can check Regulations & Syllabus link under ICSE & ISC tab. Earlier, CISCE had also canceled the 10th-12th examination to be held this year amid the increasing outbreak of Corona. The board has also decided the assessment scheme to release the result. 10th-12th result will be released in July.
