CBSE launches online system: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched a portal named Duplicate Academic Document System (DADS). Through this portal, students will be able to get their academic documents like duplicate mark sheet, migration certificate, sitting at home without having to visit the offices. If a student’s mark sheet is lost or torn, then he can get the duplicate copy of the mark sheet and other academic documents with the help of this portal.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched the Duplicate Academic Document System (DADS) through which students can easily get duplicate copies of the documents (such as the CBSE mark sheet, migration certificate etc.)
Earlier, students had to visit the regional office of CBSE, where they had to apply by filling the form and depositing the fee in the bank, or alternatively send the form and bank draft by post. But now in this era of Kovid-19, students can do all this by staying at their homes.

How to get duplicate documents through CBSE DADS?
First of all, students have to log on to the official website www.cbse.nic.in.
Now apply on this https://cbseit.in/cbse/web/dads/home.aspx link.
After the application is received at the Regional Office, print the academic documents and send them through Speed Post.
A tracking system will be made available to the students on the details sent at the time of application.
This portal will give an option to the students to choose a digital copy as well as a printed copy of the academic document.
Digital certificates can be obtained from DigiLocker for CBSE exams held in 2017 or later. They can get the certificate by logging in to this app. Students who have given exams in 2016 or before can apply from this portal.
