The results of class 10 are to be decided on the results of the school test, half-yearly and pre-board examination. What happens if a school has more than one test in all three categories?

In such a situation, the result committee can decide the weightage of all the tests and examinations of every category. In this, average marks or best marks of every category can be taken.

In a school, only online mid-term exam, in some test and half-yearly examination was online and pre-board offline. That is, if the results of the categories fixed for 80 marks are not available, what will happen?

In such a result, the result committee will consider the basis of broad parameters for evaluation and will set the criteria for 80 marks.

If someone had taken art, music, third language or other subjects as the sixth subject, how many marks would he get?

The average marks of the three subjects with the highest marks will be found in the sixth subject.
Can a parent supervise the result committee meeting?

No, this meeting will be confidential. The minutes of the committee will be included in the Rational Document.

What if a disabled student could not appear in the test and examination?

They will be evaluated by portfolio, presentation, project, quiz, oral test.

Some schools have had board exams only once or twice, what will happen to them?

The better one in two years and the same year in one year will be considered as the reference year. {No student was able to get 100% marks due to strict marking, whereas in other school students got full numbers, because their Paper and marking were different.

How will their fair result be made?

For this, the best overall performance of the school in the 3-year board examinations will be considered as a reference year. For example, overall performance was 72% in 2017-18, 74% in 2018-19 and 71% in 2019-20, then 2018-19 will be considered as a reference year. The board will send the chart to the schools, on the same basis the marks will be decided. Since there will be an exemption of giving 2 more or less than the average marks, ie the average of a subject is 98, only then there is a possibility of 100 marks.

The schools whose students were going to take the board exams for the first time do not have any reference year, what will happen then?

In such a situation, the board will take better overall average marks of the district, state and national level of that school as a reference year in the last two years. CBSE will provide this data to all schools according to their group i.e. Navodaya, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Private and Government school categories.

How will it be decided that the marks set by the Result Committee are appropriate?

Boards are creating online systems for this. If the marks given by the school do not match the chart of the board, then the committee will have to revise the marks.

What would have happened if the committee was unable to give marks according to the chart of the board?

In such a situation, you can give weightage to the performance of the 9th or there can be project based assessment.

Is it possible to amend the number after uploading it on the online portal?
Absolutely not, the internal points or the marks uploaded by the result committee will be final.

Will there be a chance for verification of marks, obtaining a photocopy of the answer sheet or revaluation?
