Punjab School Education Department has invited applications from candidates by issuing notification for 8,393 vacancies of pre-primary teachers. The online application process will start on December 1, 2020. The last date to apply is December 21, 2020.

Educational Qualification – The candidate applying should have passed the 12th standard with at least 45 percent marks. Along with this, there should also be a diploma course of at least one year in nursery education. In addition, the candidate must have passed the Punjabi language in the 10th standard.
Application fee
Candidates of General Category and other backward classes will have to pay Rs.1000 as an application fee. At the same time, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes will have to submit an application fee of Rs 500.
